Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to lead administration, optimization, and security of enterprise infrastructure. You will oversee network operations, virtualization, and end-user support while guiding a technical team to ensure stability and performance of critical systems.

The role requires 4+ years in leadership within network operations, solid Windows/Microsoft, virtualization, and security experience, plus strong collaboration with technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Six to eight years of relevant infrastructure, network administration, or engineering experience.
• Minimum of four years of leadership or management experience within network operations, infrastructure, or technology support environments.
• Strong experience with Windows Server environments, Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure administration, virtualization platforms, and enterprise security practices.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
