Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight for teams of government and contractor IT specialists involved in problem resolution
• Designs and administers on-prem and cloud-based network infrastructure (e.g., Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto)
• Develops and enforces system security baselines per DoD standards and STIGs
• Manages patch lifecycle, conducts scans and compliance reviews to meet DoD cybersecurity requirements
• Provides expert-level guidance and troubleshooting for highly complex operational IT issues affecting enterprise systems
