Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training) for an hourly contract. Remote work with 10–40 hours per week, supporting AI-driven security research and dataset creation.

You will analyze enterprise security scenarios, classify incidents, and help refine security training datasets, contributing to safer AI systems and better threat understanding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security
• Solid familiarity with firewalls, EDR platforms, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise security tooling
• Strong understanding of how real organizations deploy and operate security controls
• Ability to communicate complex security issues clearly, concisely, and with business context
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working asynchronously

Nice to Have

• Experience with threat hunting, incident response, or red/blue team operations
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, or similar frameworks
• Background in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) or zero-trust architecture
• Prior experience contributing to AI, data labeling, or security research projects
