Job summary

Dominium is seeking an IT Network Administrator to secure, monitor, and optimize our network and related infrastructure across corporate and branch offices. You will handle routing, switching, SD‑WAN, firewalls, VPN, cloud networking, servers, and connectivity services to ensure availability, performance, and security.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure changes, develop automation, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 4+ years of progressive IT experience in network administration, infrastructure support, and security.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VoIP.
• Experience with routing, switching, and network segmentation (VLANs, subnetting, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
• Experience configuring firewalls, NAT/PAT, VPNs, patching, vulnerability response, IAM, and security controls.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and cloud networking (Azure) and SD-WAN.
• Preferred: PowerShell or Python scripting; familiarity with security/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains, and supports enterprise network infrastructure across corporate and branch offices.
• Configures routing, switching, and SD-WAN, including VLANs, subnets, and redundancy.
• Manages firewall policies, NAT/PAT, IPSec VPNs, and centralized firewall platforms.
• Supports cloud and hybrid networking, including Azure networks and ExpressRoute.
• Monitors network health and performance; identifies issues and implements fixes.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting and serves as escalation resource for complex issues.
• Supports security technologies including endpoint protection and IAM.
• Maintains documentation of configurations, changes, and disaster recovery plans.
