Job summary

Dominium is seeking an IT Network Administrator to manage and secure its enterprise network across corporate and branch offices, including cloud connectivity and on‑premises resources. The role focuses on routing, switching, SD‑WAN, firewall management, and automation to improve reliability and performance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in network administration, experience with Cisco/Meraki gear, Azure networking, and strong problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of progressive IT experience in network administration, infrastructure support, server administration, and security operations.
• Experience administering enterprise network and infrastructure services: DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VoIP.
• Experience with routing, switching, and network segmentation: VLANs, subnetting, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
• Experience configuring and administering firewalls, NAT/PAT, IPSec VPNs, patching, vulnerability response, IAM, and security controls.
• Experience with network monitoring and performance tools; familiarity with Cisco/Meraki equipment and security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains, and supports enterprise network infrastructure across corporate and branch offices.
• Configures routing, switching, and SD‑WAN infrastructure, VLANs, subnetting, and redundancy.
• Manages firewall policies, NAT/PAT, IPSec VPN configurations, and centralized firewall platforms.
• Supports cloud and hybrid networking, including Azure VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN gateways, and Azure AD environments.
• Monitors network health and performance; identifies issues and implements improvements.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting and acts as escalation resource for complex issues.
• Supports security technologies: endpoint protection, MDR, IAM, DNS security, and related tools.
• Identifies vulnerabilities and coordinates patching and remediation.
• Develops scripts and automation for configuration, monitoring, reporting, and operations.
• Maintains documentation and participates in DR/BC planning and testing.
