Network Infrastructure Engineer (Only W2 candidates)

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about technology and enjoys working on a collaborative team. If you have experience working with networking and Azure, please send us your resume.

An Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for supporting all data and voice communications. They monitor and troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and collaborate with other IT teams to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include managing servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems, as well as staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Installs, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains hardware and software products including Fortinet firewalls, Fortinet WAP’s, and other various network vendor equipment.
2. In person and digital communication with internal departments and external customers.
3. Intune Administration.
4. Develops and maintains technical documentation.
5. Windows server administration and monitoring.
6. Problem resolution, including ownership through resolution of identified problems.
7. Coordinates hardware and software updates from vendors.
8. AD administration, On-Prem and Entra ID.
