Job summary

Pliancy is seeking a Network Infrastructure Projects Engineer to join our Infrastructure Projects team. You will lead full-stack network installations, AV integrations, and office relocation efforts while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Expect frequent on-site work across the Bay Area, Boston, and NYC regions, with travel to project sites and occasional travels to other hubs. Strong communication and hands-on networking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design and configuration of full-stack networks (Meraki, FortiGate, SonicWall, Ubiquiti).
• Deep understanding of Layer 2/3, security, VPNs.
• Experience with wireless predictive modeling (Ekahau, Hamina).
• Manage project lifecycles using Monday.com/Asana/Jira.
• Office construction coordination with architects and general contractors.
• MDF/IDF closet design, cooling and power planning.
• Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments.
• Solid Windows Server and on-prem infrastructure knowledge.
• Knowledge of EntraID, M365, Google Workspace, cloud storage.
• Ability to work on-site in varied environments and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from office moves to network upgrades.
• Design AV solutions for huddle spaces and conference rooms.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Projects team to drive initiatives.
• Work with client-facing consultants to apply best practices.
• Create documentation to facilitate hand-offs to consultants.
• Provide escalated Network and AV support for critical environments.
