Qualifications

• Five+ years of network administration experience.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and computing infrastructure.
• Proven experience in network engineering, operations, and performance analysis.
• Experience with industry-standard server management and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer networks and related systems, including software, firewalls, VPNs, routers, and other network hardware.
• Schedule and monitor network data backups, and periodically restore files, applications, and complete systems on alternate hardware to verify backup integrity.
• Assist with the maintenance and support of the VoIP phone system.
• Manage network security solutions, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot connectivity and stability problems.
• Create, modify, and maintain user accounts, permissions, and network access settings.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for network systems and applications.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for computers and printers.
