Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager (IC4) to drive high-impact network engineering programs spanning data plane and control plane features. The role requires orchestration across Front-End and Management networks, with ownership from intake to delivery and closeout.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent network engineering programs from intake to delivery and closeout.
• Create and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with network automation, data center ops, and other stakeholders to drive execution.
