Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Nashville to oversee end-to-end data center infrastructure projects, coordinating design, engineering, operations, supply chain and network delivery. The role emphasizes accountability, autonomy, and stakeholder engagement.

You will manage risks, budgets, schedules, and quality, while developing strategies to reduce complexity and accelerate delivery. Occasional travel up to 30% and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting data center build, fitout, commissioning, readiness, construction, or related programs.
• 4+ years in technical program management, project controls, analytics, or cross-functional environments.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear program insights and executive-ready updates.
• Strong command of schedules, milestones, risks, actions, dependencies, and forecasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts in business terms.
• On-site Nashville, TN; willingness to relocate to Nashville and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple data center infrastructure projects concurrently.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize schedule and cost impact.
• Manage all build phases to ensure on-time, in-budget, and quality delivery.
• Develop long-term strategies to reduce complexity and speed delivery.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates.
• Apply analytical methods and AI-enabled capabilities responsibly, validating findings with owners.
