Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Network Technical Support Engineer in Redmond, WA to provide post-launch technical support for a broadband service provider’s network. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex network issues across access, IP, transport, and service layers.

You will work closely with NOC, network engineering, operations, architecture, and vendors to improve network stability after launch, handling incidents and driving them to resolution with strong troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, operations, or technical support.
• Experience supporting large-scale production IP/broadband networks.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational environment and handling critical incidents.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for production broadband network issues following service launch.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents involving customer connectivity and network performance.
• Analyze issues across the network stack to locate root causes and isolate faults.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting using CLI and network management tools.
• Collaborate with NOC, engineering, operations, and vendors to resolve issues.
