Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience
• 2 years in TCP/IP routing, IP networking design, WAN/MPLS for deployment/troubleshooting
• Experience coordinating with field technicians, contractors, and vendors in telecom environments
• Project management for network deployments (scope, timeline, resources) and LAN deployment/troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and scalable operate private data networks worldwide
• Monitor network performance; triage issues and coordinate repairs with teams
• Use established standards to plan capacity migrations and infrastructure additions
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation including diagrams and operation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective solutions; direct vendor resources
