Google LLC is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer to lead deployment, maintenance, and operations of private data networks worldwide. You will collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Network and Infrastructure Engineers, and field vendors to build reliable, scalable networks for Google’s global users.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement to reduce outages and expand capabilities across data centers and metro networks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in DWDM or TCP/IP or system design operations methodology.
• Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to network outages by providing a diagnosis at layer 3 network errors and initiate and complete network repairs.
• Use/develop workflows and systems to diagnose layer 3 network issues to completion.
• Participate in 24/7 global team shift rotations.
• Provide remote support for field operations related to network repairs. Interface with high-level customers communicating repair status and updates as needed.
