WIN Technology in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Network Field Technician I to join the Network Operations Department. You will support installation, provisioning, commissioning and on-going maintenance of telecom networks across the quad-state area (WI, MN, IL, MI).
As a primary field resource, you will collaborate with Engineering and Provisioning teams to deliver reliable customer solutions on time. On-call rotation occurs every other week.

Joining the WIN team as a Network Field Technician I is an integral role within the Network Operations Department, and as such, all ideas, input and constructive recommendations will be highly valued. This position will provide support for all telecommunication networks providing carrier, IPTV, broadband and Internet Service Provider (ISP) services. As a primary field support resource, this position is responsible for all installation, provisioning, commissioning and support of all network elements in the quad-state area (WI, MN, IL, MI). The Network Field Technician I will work closely with other Senior Field Technician’s and the WIN Engineering and Provisioning teams to deliver customer solutions in a timely and professional fashion.
Most work performed indoors.Physical activity consists of normal office work and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.Utilization of basic office machines and computer equipment.Regular local and regional travel is anticipated to complete job tasks and assignments.Infrequent overnight travel may be necessary to meet business demands.
