Job summary

TENICA, located in Chantilly, VA, seeks a Network Engineer to support SETA functions for an IC customer. You will apply technical expertise to shape, recommend, and troubleshoot a broad range of network activities affecting infrastructure provisioning and the IT baseline.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly; you will work independently and with teams, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively in writing and presentations. This role is based in Chantilly with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with routing and switching hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Brocade).
• Understanding network protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VOIP, HSRP).
• Experience with cloud and virtualized environments (AWS, Azure, VMware).
• Ability to drive change and ensure quality assurance within customer vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support and guidance to IC customer.
• Shape, recommend, and troubleshoot network infrastructure activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting Layer 2/3 issues.
• Work independently and in teams to deliver results.
• Prepare architecture and acquisition plans and service level terms.
