Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Minimum two years of network or system administration experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments; DoD cybersecurity fundamentals helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of network systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity and system issues, and implement improvements for reliability.
• Assist in designing and implementing network security architectures and security controls (STIGs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desk issues.
• Provide system security documentation and maintain security posture with colleagues.
