Responsibilities

• Work directly with Community Gateway hardware and customers.
• Provide technical subject-matter expertise to sales teams.
• Develop processes for customer integration with Starlink network.
• Support activation of new installations and troubleshoot issues.
• Travel to customer sites for installation and integration support.
