Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline; OR 2+ years of professional networking experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years of networking experience deploying enterprise network solutions and/or cloud & web-scale networks.
• Professional experience with the deployment of networking hardware.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to improve performance and resolve technical issues.
• Provide pre-sales support and act as a technical subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with teams to define and implement product requirements.
