Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our network infrastructure across multiple locations in the US. The role focuses on reliability, performance, and security for critical business operations.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, IPsec and SSL VPN, while maintaining comprehensive network documentation and security best practices. A technology-related degree and practical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, SSL VPN, routing and network security.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls and monitoring tools in enterprise environments.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and recent hands-on experience supporting businesses.

Responsibilities

• Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure across the organization.
• Monitor network performance, traffic, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, bottlenecks, and outages to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security tools.
• Upgrade network hardware, firmware, and configurations for reliability.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocols.

Holistic Industries is looking for a Network Engineer to help keep our business connected, secure, and running smoothly. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure while ensuring strong performance, reliability, and security across multiple locations.

Your Impact

• Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure that supports business operations across the organization
• Monitor network performance, traffic, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages to minimize downtime
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools to help protect company systems and data
• Upgrade network hardware, firmware, and configurations to improve reliability and performance
• Maintain clear network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocols

Your Strengths

• Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, SSL VPN, routing, switching, and network security
• Experience working with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools
• Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience supporting business environments in the past 2 years
• Natural problem-solver who can quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Massachusetts pay range

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
