Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Jr. Network Engineer to support a large federal client in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities include providing network assistance during planning and deployment, supporting routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, AD, and Exchange for USMC units, and aiding IA training efforts. Requirements include 4 years of IT/networking experience and an active DoD Secret Clearance; SEC+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in IT/Networking.
• Ability to provide direct computer and network support.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Active SEC+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide network technical advice during planning and coordinate swift solutions during deployment/exercise.
• Support and troubleshoot router, firewall, IDS/IPS, DNS, AD and Exchange for USMC deployed units.
• Assist in IA training development and support the D-30 process.
• Coordinate HW/SW requirements, visas, and post-deployment documentation with Government.
