Job summary

Aalo Atomics, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Network Engineer / Systems Support to design, deploy, and maintain secure network infrastructure across the company. You will ensure reliability of both wired and wireless networks and provide hands-on end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves collaborating with IT and OT teams to support industrial control systems, manage endpoints, and uphold cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 3 years in network engineering, systems support, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain local and wide area networks.
• Monitor network performance and capacity for reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Provide help-desk support for hardware, software, connectivity, and IT issues.
• Support endpoint management, including device deployment and patching.
• Maintain user accounts and system access; assist with OT interfaces.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams on infrastructure projects.
