Job summary

Capgemini seeks an Associate Network Engineer in Irving, TX. You will work onsite on complex network environments, handling BGP/EIGRP/MPLS/OSPF, traffic analysis, and fault isolation with hands-on experience across routers, switches, firewalls and WAN topology to ensure 24/7 uptime.

You will utilize network tools like Splunk, HPNA, Forward Tool, Netdisco, Pulse, Synapse, Cyrus and Aruba Mobility Master to analyze logs, configurations and traffic, while collaborating with Datacenter teams to fix

Qualifications

Experience with network devices and protocols (BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, OSPF).
Perform network traffic discovery by analyzing packet capture and drive it to resolution.
Troubleshoot L3 MPLS/Carrier networks via BGP peering and WAN topology.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and configure network devices (BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, OSPF).
Analyze and troubleshoot private IP MPLS carrier network via BGP peering.
Monitor and troubleshoot using logs and network tools; coordinate with management for incident resolution.
Collaborate with Datacenter technicians to fix hardware issues and replace faulty components.
Perform live troubleshooting with vendors to resolve device issues.
Monitor TSN Workstation alerts and coordinate incident response.
