Motion Industries in the Birmingham, AL area is seeking a Network Engineer III to design, implement, and troubleshoot voice and data systems. The role focuses on enterprise VoIP (Cisco CUCM/UCCX) and cloud-based collaboration (Teams voice, D365 Voice Channel), with hybrid on-site work in Irondale, AL and occasional remote for top candidates.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required – college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining critical environments.
• 5 – 7 years networking experience similar to: Wide and local area networking technologies, protocols, and related hardware (Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, etc.)
• Enterprise voice systems: Cisco CUCM, UCCX, Teams voice, D365 voice, cloud-based collaboration systems
• SD-WAN/VPN/Basic Firewall (Prefer Fortinet)
• Data Center, Cloud, Branch and Internet connectivity – basic routing and switching familiarity
• Heavy focus on VoIP systems and migration to cloud based collaboration
• Extensive experience with QoS, packet analysis, and large-scale hybrid voice deployments.
• Enterprise network management tools (PRTG, NetFlow, etc.)
• Experience with network disaster recovery implementations
• Strong written & verbal communications skills
