You will perform routine operational tasks, provide guidance, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support incidents, upgrades, and projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline, with 6–8 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline is required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' work-related experience in CS/CI S or related discipline is required (Minimum).

Responsabilidades

• Researches, develops, tests, analyzes, and documents WAN and LAN infrastructure including switch, route, DHCP, DNS, NTP, and wireless networks.
• Maintains system performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response; participates in on-call rotation.
• Supports firewall environments to secure network traffic and minimize risk.
• Participates in IT governance and IT project assignments to meet milestones.
