Motion Recruitment is seeking a Network Engineer II to join a large enterprise transformation initiative in Danbury, CT. The role covers multi-site network support, upgrades, and ongoing operations across locations, with hands-on troubleshooting and collaboration with infrastructure teams.

Ideal candidates have CCNA, routing and switching expertise, wireless networking experience, and a willingness to travel regionally and work onsite full-time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Routing and switching proficiency.
• CCNA with direct network operations experience.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week and travel regionally.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with wireless networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise data, video, and wireless network services.
• Participate in network infrastructure implementation and support.
• Troubleshoot network issues across multiple locations.
• Implement network changes and approved modifications.
• Support scheduled network upgrades and enhancements.
• Assist with infrastructure project implementation.
• Monitor and optimize network infrastructure and links.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and other technical groups.
• Maintain network documentation and support information.
• Travel periodically between supported facilities.
