Job summary

Island Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to design, configure, and secure our multi-site network infrastructure. You will manage Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi deployments, VPNs, and cloud connectivity with Microsoft Azure.

The role emphasizes Tier 3 troubleshooting, network security, and collaboration with IT leadership. On-site with occasional travel, you will help keep our on-premises and cloud networks reliable and compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in network engineering or related field.
• Experience with multi-site networks, VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS and security best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, maintains multi-site wired/wireless networks and WANs.
• Administers Azure networking components, VNets, NSGs, and hybrid connectivity.
• Implements network security, firewall policies, and zero-trust concepts.
• Provides Tier 3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
