AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement and optimize LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN and remote connectivity for a global enterprise.

You will collaborate with corporate teams to align network strategy with business needs while delivering high availability and scalable services. The role focuses on architecture, security integration, and project delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
5–8 years of enterprise networking experience.
Experience supporting global WAN environments.
Advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching and wireless technologies.
Experience in a regulated global manufacturing environment; manage multiple projects.
Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design and implement LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and remote connectivity solutions.
Develop architecture standards, roadmaps and best practices.
Provide Tier 3 network support and incident resolution.
Manage network performance, availability and capacity planning.
Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain secure architectures and ensure compliance.
Coordinate vendor relationships and technology refresh programs.
Develop implementation plans and technical documentation for projects.
