Job summary

MANTECH seeks an experienced Network Engineer for our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will integrate DoD encryption into complex networks, troubleshoot across OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, DMVPN, and QoS, and provide Tier III support to a global services team.

This role requires TS/SCI w/Poly clearance, 4+ years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience, and hands-on Cisco platform expertise in a demanding security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience may be substituted for education.
• Must hold a current 8570 compliance Level II certification such as Sec+ CE or CCNA.
• Proven hands-on experience with Cisco platforms (ASR, ISR, CSR, Catalyst) and network management systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/v6, DNS, and WAN/LAN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Integrate DoD IP encryption methodologies into intricate networks and systems.
• Troubleshoot diverse technologies including OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, DMVPN, QoS, and EVPN/VxLAN.
• Perform design, documentation, installation, testing, and issue resolution with minimal supervision.
• Provide Tier III engineering support to a globally distributed services team.
