Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Active CCNA certification or equivalent Cisco networking experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless technologies.
• Strong understanding of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing and Switching, Network Security Fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting Layer 1 through Layer 3 network issues.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support Cisco-based network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless solutions, and network management tools.
• Perform day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network environments.
• Respond to network incidents, service requests, and performance issues while maintaining established service levels.
• Analyze network utilization and recommend improvements to optimize reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Support network upgrades, hardware refreshes, software updates, and infrastructure expansion projects.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols such as:BGP OSPF EIGRP STP VLANs HSRP/VRRP
• Assist with firewall, VPN, network security, and access control implementations.
• Maintain network diagrams, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Participate in planned maintenance activities and change management processes.
• Collaborate with server, cloud, security, and application teams to support integrated technology solutions.
• Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to operations teams and end users when necessary.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in routing, switching, network troubleshooting, and infrastructure support while helping ensure the stability, performance, and security of mission-critical environments.

This role requires hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable connectivity across data centers, branch locations, and cloud-connected environments.

• Exposure to cloud networking including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with network automation tools and scripting technologies such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Understanding of SD-WAN technologies and modern network architectures.
