FIT Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our client’s team in Westfield, MA.

This permanent role operates in a hybrid infrastructure environment with responsibilities spanning networking, server administration, security, and identity management. The role reports to the office in Westfield, MA five days per week and requires strong AD/IAM/Entra ID expertise, 5+ years in hybrid network/server administration, firewall and security administration, and experience with backups,

Qualifications

• Strong AD, IAM, and Entra ID experience.
• 5+ years in server/network administration in hybrid environments.
• Firewall management, DNS, IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), and network security.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Server administration (configuration, maintenance, patching)
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory (AD), IAM, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Firewall management, proxy servers, and security appliances
• Architect and maintain backups and disaster recovery solutions
• Manage endpoint security (EDR, XDR, MDR platforms)
• Support VPN, RAS, WAN, and remote connectivity
• Maintain network hardware (routers, switches, fiber, Cat 5 cabling)
• Collaborate on infrastructure planning and documentation
