Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a skilled Network Engineer with strong Fortinet expertise to join our MSP team. You’ll design, deploy, secure, and support Fortinet-based networks for a diverse range of customers.

You’ll work with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiNAC and related Fortinet products, supporting LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless environments while mentoring junior engineers and assisting with customer onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet (key requirement).
• Experience in an MSP or multi-tenant environment.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs.
• Firewall and security best practices mindset.
• Fortinet certifications (NSE 4/5/6 or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain tech to non-tech users.
• Proactive, customer-first attitude.
