Job summary

thinkbridge is seeking a Network Engineer for a remote role with Singapore operations. You will manage and optimize Cisco switches/routing, implement SDWAN, and work with Nexus Dashboard and Aruba wireless systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in network engineering, strong PAN security, Prisma Access, and bilingual English/Mandarin communication, and is willing to work flexible hours to cover US time zones as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• 3–5 years as a Network Engineer with Cisco focus
• Strong knowledge of network operations and troubleshooting
• Experience with Cisco switching, routing and SDWAN
• Familiarity with Nexus switches and Nexus Dashboard
• Knowledge of PAN solutions and Prisma Access/Global Protect
• Fluent English; Mandarin helpful

• Implement and maintain network security measures, focusing on Palo Alto Networks (PAN) solutions
• Configure and troubleshoot Prisma Access and Global Protect client interactions
• Manage tickets and provide timely resolutions to network issues

Requirements Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Network Engineering, or related field
• Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on Cisco technologies
• Strong knowledge of network operations and troubleshooting
• Expertise in Cisco switching, routing, and SDWAN
• Experience with Nexus switches and Nexus Dashboard
• Familiarity with wireless networking, particularly Aruba systems
• Knowledge of network security, specifically Palo Alto Networks (PAN) solutions
• Understanding of Prisma Access and Global Protect client interactions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to work flexible hours to provide coverage during U.S. off-hours
• Willingness to work on-site as required by the business

Good to Have:

• AWS cloud networking experience is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
