Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• About the Team: The Network Engineering Team is responsible for all physical network infrastructure in Kitchens, 10+ corporate offices, and 200+ Dashmart Warehouses.
• We plan, install, configure, and support switches, access points, firewalls, and Internet circuits to enable our internal customers to do their best work and support the growing needs of the business.
• About the Role: The Network Engineer will report to the Network Engineering Manager. Join our team and take the lead on network engineering workstreams for new location build-outs.
• This is a remote role with occasional travel. You will:
• Install and configure network devices (e.g., switches, firewalls, access points) for new Warehouse build-outs.
• Use your engineering expertise to troubleshoot issues across a large Cisco Meraki network supporting all offices, ghost kitchens, and Dashmarts.
• Coordinate circuit orders with external vendors and ensure their services meet business needs.
• Manage cabling and equipment orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support internal customers in resolving Wi-Fi, access, and connectivity issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Workplace Services, Audio Visual Engineering, IT, and New Business Verticals.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve internal processes, streamline network installations, and reduce issue resolution times.

About You:

• You have 4+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices. Cisco Meraki experience is a plus but not required.
• You have assisted with or led at least one corporate office launch.
• You are eager to grow your technical skills and develop project management capabilities.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and persistence in overcoming obstacles.
• You can communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• You thrive in an environment that embraces new ideas and have a positive, proactive attitude.
