    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for network incidents, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. This role involves hands-on management of our network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and critical services like DNS/DHCP (Infoblox). You will also work closely with ISPs, manage PRI lines, and maintain our network monitoring systems.


    Responsibilities:
    • Incident Management & Support:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for all network-related incidents.
    • Monitor and respond to alerts from our network monitoring system (SolarWinds).
    • Analyze and resolve network issues, escalating to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
    • Work closely with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems.
    • Manage PRI lines and resolve related issues.
    Network Operations & Maintenance:
    • Perform switchport provisioning and configuration.
    • Manage firewall translations and policies.
    • Administer DNS/DHCP services using Infoblox.
    • Proactively monitor network performance using SolarWinds.
    • Perform upgrades and maintenance on switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)
    Infrastructure Management & Security:
    • Maintain and update network documentation.
    • Ensure network security and compliance.
    • Manage and configure F5 LTM load balancers.
    Technology Management:
    • Maintain a good understanding of switches and routers.
    • Maintain a fair understanding of firewalls.
    • Basic knowledge of VOIP.
    • Experience working with Cloud Networking.
    Requirements:
    • Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
    Technical Skills:
    • Strong experience with switches (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper).
    • Strong experience with routers (Cisco, Juniper).
    • Fair experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA).
    • Hands-on experience with Infoblox for DNS/DHCP management.
    • Proficiency in using SolarWinds for network monitoring.
    • Experience with F5 LTM load balancing.
    • Experience working with Cloud Networking.
    • Basic knowledge of VOIP.
    • Experience with ISP Management.
    • Experience with PRI Management.
    Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
