Leidos Enterprise Civil Div. in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is looking for talent in the networking field to work out of Lorton, Virginia as a Network Engineer. In FY23 Leidos was awarded the Homeland Enterprise Information Technology Secure Services and Support (HEITS) follow‑on contract to support and enhance the DHS networks, Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN), and the Classified‑Local Area Network (C‑LAN).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end network installation and configuration activities, ensuring successful deployment, and maintaining high network quality standards. This role requires a deep technical understanding of networking technologies, strong leadership abilities, and effective project management skills on both classified and unclassified networks. The candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including software developers, system administrators, and various engineers, to oversee the deployment of customer network infrastructure projects.
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technology‑related field with 8+ years of experience with Network Engineering in an enterprise environment (or equivalent experience)
