Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Network DevOps Engineer to automate core network services, monitoring, and security infrastructure. You will partner with network architects and engineers to drive adoption of automation practices across the Global Network.

The role emphasizes building self-healing automation platforms, writing Python and Ansible code, and delivering scalable, reliable network solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 4+ years of overall technology experience in networking and automation.
• 2+ years building front-end components with React/TypeScript and backend with SQL/NoSQL.
• 2+ years deployment automation using Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Harness, Helm).
• 2+ years cloud automation on AWS or Ali Cloud using IaC (Ansible, Terraform).
• 1+ years in network operations (DNS, DDI, cloud DNS).

Responsibilities

• Develop network automation code in Python and Ansible daily.
• Support successful implementation of network automation projects.
• Deliver network DevOps products on time using Agile scrum practices.
• Contribute to architecture and operationalization of automation infrastructure.
• Design and implement automated network infrastructure solutions across the enterprise.
