Overview

Automation being a huge part of global network strategy, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member with passion to innovate and excel, to join our Network DevOps team as Senior Network DevOps Engineer. The Network DevOps team is responsible for Global Network and automates, maintains and manages the core network services, network monitoring tools and security infrastructure. The team is tasked to automate 100% of the Global Network operations and find innovative ways to improve the global end-user experience. We are building the next generation innovative and self-healing network automation platform and are eager to find people to help us achieve these goals and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Network DevOps team to automate, maintain, and manage core network services, monitoring tools, and security infrastructure.
• Contribute to building a self-healing and automated network automation platform to improve global end-user experience.
• Identify and implement network operation use cases and automate them using tools such as Ansible and Python.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into automated, reliable network solutions.

Candidate Profile

Minimum qualifications and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent experience/certification
• 4+ years of professional experience related to networking technologies and operations
• Experience with Routers & Switches, Firewalls, WAN, Network Monitoring Tools, and Network security infrastructure
• Experience automating network operations and tasks using tools such as Ansible and Python
• Ability to listen to business needs, abstract complexity, and provide intelligent automated solutions
• Background in networking with progression toward automating daily network operational and compliance tasks
• Passion for automation and finding ways to automate effectively
