Job summary

Charter Communications offers a paid 11-week summer internship to students pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, with mentorship, development sessions, and real-world telecommunications exposure. Interns will work on data center engineering projects and gain hands-on experience alongside senior leaders.

You must be a rising senior, enrolled in an accredited institution, and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in the current program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in department and intern cohort projects (80% of schedule).
• Engage in kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities.
• Assist Data Center engineering tasks including installation, operations and maintenance of vertical equipment.
• Support power planning, HVAC planning, data center architecture and cable management.
