Strategic Solutions of Virginia, LLC is seeking a Network Infrastructure Specialist to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot critical network, cloud, and server infrastructure for small and mid-sized clients. Focus areas include Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Azure, and automation using PowerShell and Python.

The role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with responsibilities spanning deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution to ensure reliability and security of client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with small/mid-sized business services environments.
• 5+ years networking including Meraki.
• 3+ years Azure environments.
• 3+ years automation using Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with Meraki Cloud Firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage SSVA processes to drive client success across Growth, Efficiency, People, and Client Experience.
• Own deployment and ongoing management of SSVA’s tools and daily administration of systems.
• Support disaster recovery, security, and backup plans.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues across systems, servers, and networks.
• Coordinate with providers and escalate as needed; ensure timely resolutions.
