Associated Bank is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design and automate enterprise network infrastructure across branches, campuses, data centers, and cloud environments. The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and regulatory compliance to support a secure banking platform.

You will build and maintain automation pipelines using Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell, collaborating with cybersecurity and cloud teams to optimize performance and security.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 2+ years in enterprise network engineering or infrastructure ops.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP.
• Hands-on scripting/network automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise network infrastructure across branches, campuses, data centers and cloud.
• Develop and maintain network automation using Ansible, Python, Bash, Terraform, PowerShell.
• Build reusable scripts, playbooks, workflows, and automation pipelines for provisioning, configuration, compliance, and operations.
• Integrate network systems via APIs and automation frameworks.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
