Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, automate, and support critical infrastructure that keeps applications and data running securely and efficiently. You will partner with application and technology teams to improve deployment, performance, and resilience while mentoring other engineers.

The role requires 8+ years with VMware products, 5+ years with Terraform IaC, CI/CD, Ansible, and PowerShell, plus HashiCorp tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years with VMware portfolio including VCF, SRM, vSAN, NSX, HCX.
• 5+ years Terraform IaC, CI/CD, Ansible, GitHub Actions, containers.
• 5+ years PowerShell, HashiCorp HCL, RESTful APIs, YAML/JSON, PowerCLI.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate private cloud infrastructure and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, identify root causes.
• Automate testing, configuration, release, and deployment with IaC.
• Monitor capacity, availability, performance; document systems.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with partners to strengthen infra.
