Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in network engineering or related areas.
• Experience with core network devices in large environments.
• Understanding of OSI model and routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP, BGP).
• Proficiency in Python or scripting for automation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle management of core network devices including deployment and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation for onboarding, config management, and validation.
• Assist in planning network changes to support capacity growth and modernization.
• Build platforms for large-scale deployment, lifecycle management, and compliance tracking.
• Analyze telemetry and logs to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and software teams to integrate automation.
• Troubleshoot routing, connectivity, and performance in multi-vendor environments.
• Contribute to automation framework development for validation and deployment assurance.
• Participate in CI/CD and release management supporting network automation platforms.
