Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years in network engineering, automation, telemetry, data engineering, or analytics with production AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python development experience including REST APIs and messaging/workflow engines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop network automation services for event correlation, troubleshooting, and diagnostics/remediation.
• Build self-healing automation workflows with guardrails and rollback logic.
• Develop backend automation using Python and Django with Redis for state management.
• Integrate automation with monitoring/telemetry/alerting systems for near real-time events and metrics.
• Advance AI/ML-driven capabilities for anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and predictive maintenance with human oversight.
