Job summary

Our client, a dedicated nonprofit organization in Philadelphia, seeks a Network and Systems Administrator to manage multi-site network infrastructure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.

The role is hybrid (3 days onsite in South Philadelphia) with local travel, a 6-month contract to hire, and a pay range of 35–55/hr depending on experience. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Cisco or Meraki networking hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multi-site network infrastructure, including Cisco and Meraki devices.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform hardware upgrades and repairs.
• Implement and review security policies, conduct security audits, and improve cybersecurity measures.
• Support end-users with technical issues, onboarding, and device management across locations.

Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (hybrid 3 days a week in South Philadelphia)
