• Maintain connectivity of all computers to server (NAS), printers, and scanners.
• Ensure password protected access to secured portals or folders.
• Manage email connectivity via MS Outlook on all devices.
• Maintain VPN connections from NAS server.
• Perform secured daily backups to external drives.
• Implement firewall and security protections for operations.

A small business with approximately eight windows computers needs an on‑call highly experienced Network technician with at least 5+ years experience in the following areas: DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN RALEIGH-DURHAM TRIANGLE AREA.

1. 1. Maintain the connectivity of all computers to server (NAS), printers, scanner at all times.
2. 2. Password protected access to certain secured portals or folders
3. 3. Email connectivity using MS Outlook on all computers and smart devices.
4. 4. Maintain VPN connection from NAS server
5. 5. Secured daily backup on external passport drive.
6. 6. Firewalls and Security protection for all operations.
