Job summary

Audubon Companies, LLC is seeking an IT Network Analyst II to join the Houston office. The role supports a broad network environment across U.S. sites and international offices, with Azure cloud integration and strong emphasis on security and availability.

You will handle escalation-resistant incidents, monitor performance, and lead configurations for LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, and SD‑WAN. The position requires collaboration with a distributed team and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise network administration or networking infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiNAC, SD-WAN), and HP/Aruba switching.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve escalated network incidents and service requests from Level 1 and the Service Desk.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on network performance and availability using leading tools.
• Perform firmware upgrades and patch management on network devices (Fortinet, switches, SD‑WAN).
• Configure and optimize LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, SD‑WAN, and cloud networking in Azure.
