Job summary

Textron is seeking a Network Analyst I to help support and improve our global network infrastructure. In this role, you will work with experienced IT professionals to maintain reliable and secure network services that connect employees and business operations around the world.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with networking, wireless, voice systems, security technologies, and cloud-connected environments while building your technical skills and career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Fundamentals of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and wireless.
• Basic network security concepts and firewalls.
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication.
• ITAR compliance required for U.S. government-related work.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and voice services.
• Assist with network upgrades, deployments, and modernization projects.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, wireless, and security issues.
• Support Microsoft Teams Voice and telephony services.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain secure access and firewall policies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems.
