AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking a General Office Administrator to support data analysis, cost improvements, and network efficiency across our logistics operations. This role focuses on providing analytical insights to field operations and office staff.

You will review routes, identify efficiency gains, and help design actions that keep our linehaul network moving smoothly. Strong Excel and Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in Business, Logistics, or Analytics not required but is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail with ability to set and meet deadlines.
• Time management and organizational skills are critical to the success of this position.

Essential Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Experience Needed:

• Clear understanding of how freight moves from origin to destination.
• Network Operations and over-the-road (Linehaul Operations), as well as Design or Development a plus.
