Massachusetts Trial Court is looking for a Network Analyst I to install and configure network and end user equipment, monitor networks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable performance across court locations.

Pay Grade: Grade 20S
Salary Range: 20S Entry Level Pay $84,353.62 to Pay Range Maximum $124,323.68
Starting Pay: $84,353.62
Salary Notes: This position is designated as a Union position. All new hires must start at the entry level rate for this role per the collective bargaining agreement/MOA with OPEIU, Local 6. Pay may advance within the salary band according to the CBA/MOU.

Position Summary: Installs and configures network and end user equipment. Coordinates network activity with court personnel and vendors. Monitors networks for availability and bandwidth constraints. Troubleshoots networking issues. Works on submitted tickets as necessary.
Supervision Received: Works under the direction of the Manager of Network Services.
