Citizens Trust Bank is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise IT infrastructure in Atlanta. The role covers Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint devices, and network systems, with emphasis on security, outages, and MSP coordination.

The ideal candidate will manage server patches, backups, M365, Intune, and hybrid identity, while collaborating with MSPs and vendors to ensure uptime and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Server environments and enterprise networks.
• Strong experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands-on experience creating and troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and OU structures.
• Experience managing Windows workstation environments and desktop support.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms, preferably Microsoft Intune.

• Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server 2016–2022 environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows-based server infrastructure.
• Manage file servers, print services, application servers, and shared resources.
• Support Active Directory users, groups, computers, and permissions.
• Design, implement, and maintain OU structures and GPOs.
• Configure MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security controls.
